Simple Green Salad with Balsamic Vinegar Dressing and Toasted Pecans

Course number 4! Salad!

Ingredients
6 cups mixed baby salad greens
1/4 cup diced chives

1/2 cup toasted pecans

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
5 tbsp olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic (I always go for more!)
Salt and pepper to taste

The How To
Toss greens and chives.
Mix ingredients for dressing.
Either toss greens, dressing, and pecans in a large bowl or serve individual servings of greens drizzled with dressing and topped with pecans.

Tips:
I didn’t toss mine all together because I knew we weren’t going to eat the whole thing in one sitting – since we were doing such small portions. I didn’t want the dressing to make my leftover greens soggy!
